Welcome to the free Breath Training in the Corona Crisis™

This course is divided into 3 lessons and a bonus lesson if you have an Airofit breath trainer:

  • Mental Balance & Clarity
  • Flexibility & Stretching
  • Strength & Stamina

Each lesson contains several exercises to help you become stronger and more resilient in general – especially in relation to strengthened lung function and increased immune system.

Why are we offering this course?

Leading experts in respiratory physiology have indicated that stronger respiratory muscles may improve chances of getting through an infection without needing intensive care and mechanical ventilation (Respirator).

We are offering this free respiratory training and training devices for the citizens most vulnerable to the infection and provide them with the tools to strengthen their breathing and reduce stress.

How to get started

Watch the video introduction above to understand what exercises you will learn and why.

Once you have watched the video, start with the first lesson Mental Balance & Clarity and follow the order of the exercises.

For optimal safety, it is recommended that you utilize one or more exercises from all three groups on a daily basis to strengthen and stretch your lungs and calibrate your nervous system.
